Service Scope

45VPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and network connection optimization, with routes covering 110+ countries / 210+ routes and support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available regions, route types, and client features may vary with network conditions, device systems, destination service rules, and route maintenance status.

The service provides network connectivity and does not indicate a partnership with any third-party website, application, or content platform. It does not control third-party account policies, content availability, regional decisions, or access results. Users are responsible for confirming the conditions of their destination services and protecting their accounts and information on third-party platforms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must set and protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and other actions initiated through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or the account appears abnormal, change the password promptly and stop using untrusted devices.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online under one account at the same time, but use is limited to devices managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access must not be publicly shared with third parties, sold, rented, transferred, split, distributed, or used to resell services. Automatically copying subscription information in bulk, providing centralized connections for others, or repackaging the service commercially is not permitted.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages do not expire as long as they have not been fully used. Users should verify the selected subscription type, traffic allowance, and account status before taking action.

Requirements for Compliant Use

When using 45VPN, users must follow the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications, and content platforms. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of unlawful content, malicious attacks on network systems, interference with route operations, unauthorized data access, or other unlawful activity.

Users must not affect service stability or other users’ normal access through sustained high-volume automated requests, malicious scanning, bulk connection abuse, or other abnormal activity. For legally submitted requests supported by valid grounds, 45VPN will take necessary measures within the applicable scope.

Service Availability and Liability

45VPN maintains, adjusts, and troubleshoots routes according to their status. However, cross-border links can be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, system updates, destination platform policies, and events beyond reasonable control. Therefore, continuous service without interruption is not guaranteed in every region, on every device, or at every time, and access to specific third-party content is not guaranteed.

Some connection entry points may change temporarily for scheduled maintenance, security measures, or route adjustments. Users should update subscription information in their clients promptly and switch routes according to the instructions provided. To the extent permitted by law, 45VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions, account restrictions, content changes, device failures, or user configuration errors.

Restrictions and Termination

If an account is used to resell or publicly share a subscription, interfere with route operations, infringe others’ rights, violate applicable laws and regulations, bypass standard billing procedures, or repeatedly commit other serious breaches of these terms, 45VPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend connections, or terminate account services according to the level of risk.

When taking action, 45VPN will consider the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable records. Users who believe their account was handled incorrectly may submit an explanation and necessary materials through the on-site support page. Account termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination or affect provisions that must remain effective by law.

Changes and Refund Guidance

45VPN may update these terms due to service adjustments, compliance requirements, or feature changes, and will publish the revised content and latest update month on this page. Important changes affecting user rights or obligations will be presented clearly. The updated terms take effect from the applicable status stated when published, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated content.

Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which explains that a full refund without stated reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.
